Retail Cardholders

  • Foreign Exchange (FX) Fee: 1% on all non-USD transactions

  • ATM Withdrawal Fee: 2% per transaction

Corporate Cardholders

  • FX Fee: 1% on all transactions not denominated in USD or HKD

  • ATM Withdrawal Fee: 2% per transaction

This fee structure ensures global accessibility while maintaining transparency and cost efficiency for both retail and institutional participants.

Onboarding & Compliance

To ensure regulatory compliance and platform integrity, all users must complete KYC/AML verification prior to card issuance. Required documentation includes:

  • Valid government-issued ID

  • Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement)

  • Liveness check via facial recognition selfie

Corporate entities will also be required to submit legal registration documents, proof of beneficial ownership, and authorized signatory identification, in line with institutional onboarding protocols.
