Supported Jurisdictions and Restricted Access
Delta Pay is committed to operating in accordance with international compliance standards, including financial regulations and sanctions regimes. As such, Delta Pay does not support users or entities located in, incorporated in, or otherwise associated with jurisdictions deemed prohibited. The list of currently prohibited jurisdictions is as follows and is subject to change at the discretion of Delta Money or as required by changes in applicable laws and regulatory guidance:
Afghanistan, Albania, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Central African Republic, Cuba, Congo (DRC), Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Moldova, Montenegro, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Serbia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
Please note that this list is non-exhaustive and may be updated from time to time. Residents of the United States of America are also strictly prohibited from accessing Delta Pay services.
Delta Pay Availability
Delta Pay is currently available for individuals and institutions in select jurisdictions that meet our compliance standards and operational readiness. Supported jurisdictions include, but are not limited to:
Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Poland, Portugal, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom.
Delta Money is actively working to expand Delta Pay's coverage and user accessibility globally. Service availability in any jurisdiction is subject to regulatory review and may be modified at any time without prior notice.
